What is Fergus?
Fergus is job management software built for trade businesses. Once it's live, every job Swoopd books for you will be handed straight to Fergus, so the moment a missed call turns into work, it's already in your system.
Booked jobs become Fergus jobs
When Swoopd books a job, it will create a new job in Fergus automatically, and if the booking moves or is cancelled, the Fergus job will follow. Nobody has to open two apps and copy it across.
Customer details carried over
The caller's name, phone number, address and what they need will come across with the job, so your team has the full picture before they pick it up.
Ready to schedule and quote
The job will land in Fergus ready to slot into the run, quote up and send to the customer, using the workflow your team already knows.
Invoice where you already do
Keep invoicing out of Fergus the way you always have. Swoopd will just make sure the job is there waiting, so nothing slips through the cracks.
