Who we are
Swoopd is operated by Bloom Creative Ltd, a New Zealand company. We provide missed call recovery and job booking software for trade businesses in New Zealand and Australia.
What data we collect
- Account data: your name, email, phone number, business name, trade type, and address when you sign up.
- Customer data: phone numbers, names, email addresses, job details, and addresses of people who call your business. This data is collected through the missed call qualification flow.
- Booking data: appointment times, job types, locations, task lists, and notes.
- Conversation data: WhatsApp and SMS messages exchanged between your Swoopd number and your customers.
- Payment data: processed securely by a third party payment processor. We do not store card numbers.
- Calendar data: if you enable calendar sync, we create, update, and delete calendar events for your bookings. We do not read your existing calendar events.
How we use your data
- To provide the Swoopd service: catching missed calls, qualifying leads, booking jobs, sending notifications.
- To send you daily and monthly summary emails about your business performance.
- To improve the service and fix issues.
- We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.
Third party services
We rely on trusted third party providers for hosting, messaging, email delivery, and payment processing. These providers only process data as needed to deliver the service, under their own security and privacy commitments. Your data is hosted within Australia. We do not sell your data.
Data retention
Your data is kept for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account, we delete your data within 30 days. You can export all your data at any time from Settings.
