Tauranga HVAC and gas businesses lose work to calls they can't pick up on the tools. Swoopd replies to the calls you miss on WhatsApp within seconds, works out the job and books it straight into your calendar, so you never lose another Tauranga job to voicemail.
Swoopd knows the work, asks the right questions and books it like you would have. Pick Heat pump installer, Air conditioning or Gasfitter when you sign up and your job types are set up for you, from heat pump installs, services and not heating to gas leaks, gas hot water and compliance certificates. Add your prices and it gives customers a guide price for you to confirm, and for bigger installs it can book a quote visit or arrange a call back.
An example of how a busy week could go once Swoopd is catching the calls you cannot. The figures are illustrative, not measured results.
A gas fitter finishes at five but the calls keep coming. Swoopd replies to the after hours calls on WhatsApp, books the ones that suit the next day and tells the rest when you will ring, without an answering service.
